Before you hire Waypoint Freight Services
- Confirm the broker authority (MC number) is active and ask for its BMC-84 bond.
- Ask which services they provide directly — warehousing, fulfillment, customs — and which they outsource.
- Ask for references from shippers with similar freight and lanes.
- Review contract terms: minimums, accessorial fees, liability and how to exit.
