Who we are

logistic.broker ("we") is an independent online directory of licensed customs brokers, freight forwarders and logistics companies built from public CBP and FMCSA records. We are not affiliated with CBP, FMCSA, the FMC or any government agency.

Information we collect

• Questions you send us. When you use "Ask a question", we store your email address, optional name, topic, message and the page you sent it from, so we can reply.
• Saved companies. Companies you save are stored only in your own browser (local storage). We don't receive this list.
• Usage data. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to count page views and understand which pages are useful. It does not track you across sites.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses and request data to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Advertising

We show ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings or aboutads.info. Where required by law (for example in the EEA, UK and Switzerland), we ask for your consent before personalized ads are shown.

Affiliate links

Some pages contain links to partner services (for example freight rate marketplaces, shipping software, customs bonds or cargo insurance). If you sign up through those links, we may earn a commission. Partners never affect which companies are listed or their order.

Company data

Listings come from public government records: the CBP permitted customs broker list (company or broker name, filer code, city, state, work phone) and FMCSA authority records (company names, MC/FF and USDOT numbers, city, state, business phone, bond filings). We do not display street addresses or the email addresses that appear in some records. Companies can request corrections on our corrections page.

How we use information

To reply to your questions, operate and improve the site, prevent abuse and comply with law. We do not sell the questions you send us.

Retention

We keep questions for up to 24 months, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your question sooner.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete information you sent us by contacting us through the contact page. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU), you may have additional rights under local law.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16.

We'll update this page when our practices change and change the date above.
